How we produce it
the degree of ripeness. Crushing in traditional mill only by mechanical procedures with cold pressing, without exceeding 20°C to obtain the highest quality. On the same day of pressing, the oil is left to decant so as to allow natural filtering thanks to the deposit of residues on the bottom. The oil thus filtered is finally bottled. Storage takes place in tanks under nitrogen.
Tasting notes
It gives off refined and precise aromas, as intense as they are harmonious. Herbaceous notes stand out. The bitter and spicy notes blend in a marriage of balance and pleasantness. On tasting, the flavors of Umbria are released in a mix of different notes.
